Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to create a thriving and enriching environment for residents and staff.

• Team Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compassion.

• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community to enhance the overall resident experience.

• Operational Oversight: Ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the community, including resident care, dining services, activities, and facilities management.

• Financial Management: Drive financial success by overseeing budgeting, expense management, and revenue generation, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing senior living communities, maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.

• Quality of Life: Prioritize the well-being and quality of life for residents, promoting a person-centered approach to care and services.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 of leadership experience in senior living, with a successful track record of managing a senior living community.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

• Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and supportive community environment.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to senior living communities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and staff.

• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation within the senior living industry.

• Passion for Seniors: Genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors and creating an engaging and fulfilling community.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
